1. Agreement

By using FlagMyChat you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your content

• You may only upload WhatsApp chats that you are a participant in.
• You are responsible for using the report lawfully and only for personal reflection. Do not use it to harass, shame, threaten or monitor anyone.
• You keep all rights to your chat. You give us a temporary licence to process it only to create your report.

4. The service

The Free preview is limited to one per person per day (resetting at 00:00 UTC), analyzes the newest 50 messages and requires watching an ad to the end. The Full analysis costs $3.99 (USD) per analysis and analyzes the whole chat. There are no accounts or subscriptions.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. One payment buys one analysis. If an analysis fails after payment you can retry up to three times; if it still fails we refund you in full automatically. Completed analyses are delivered instantly and are not refundable except where the law requires. Contact support@flagmychat.com for billing help.

6. No professional advice

Reports are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, and are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not psychological, medical, legal or relationship counselling advice.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated abuse, circumventing the daily limit, attacking the service, or uploading unlawful content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlagMyChat is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where FlagMyChat's operator is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
